Welcome to use "Lucky Clover" (hereinafter referred to as "this Software"). This Software is developed and operated by Jiuwu Technology (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us"). Please read this "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully and fully understand it before using this Software, especially the terms involving exemption or limitation of liability, paid service terms, etc.
1.1 "Lucky Clover" is a tool application based on artificial intelligence visual recognition technology, providing you with real-time plant (clover) recognition, auxiliary search, and photo saving services.
1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, all new functions, new products, and new services provided by us through this Software shall be subject to this Agreement.
2.1 All intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc. of this Software, as well as all information content related to this Software (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, code, algorithm models, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and international treaties, and belong to Jiuwu Technology.
2.2 Without our written authorization, you shall not reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or reverse compile this Software in any form, nor modify, translate, or adapt this Software.
3.1 This Software provides "Pro Version" paid services. You can purchase it through the Apple App Store or Google Play. After purchase, you will obtain value-added services including "Unlimited Daily Recognitions".
3.2 Billing Method: The Pro Version service may adopt a "One-time Purchase" or "Subscription" method. The specific price and rights are subject to the display on the in-app purchase page.
3.3 Refund Policy: Payment transactions for this Software are processed by Apple's or Google's payment platforms. If you need a refund, please contact the customer service of the corresponding app store directly and apply for a refund according to its platform rules. Due to the special nature of virtual goods, we usually cannot directly process refunds for you.
3.4 Restore Purchase: If you lose your purchase status after changing devices or reinstalling the app, you can use the "Restore Purchase" function in the app. The system will verify your app store credentials and automatically restore your rights.
You promise not to use this Software to engage in the following activities:
5.1 AI Accuracy Statement: This Software performs image recognition based on probabilistic machine learning models. The recognition results are for entertainment and auxiliary reference only, and do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Affected by light, angle, background complexity, and individual plant differences, there may be false positives (identifying non-clovers as clovers) or false negatives. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by recognition result errors.
5.2 Service Changes: We have the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services (such as system maintenance, server migration) according to business development needs. We will try our best to notify and handle it in the form of an announcement in advance.
6.1 The signing, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
6.2 If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is signed for litigation.
